VFFS – Vertical Form Fill Seal machine MV-500

The MV 500 is a vertical packaging machine (VFFS – Vertical Form Fill Seal) with a fully servo-assisted intermittent movement. On this whole machine it is also possible to install the group for the 4 vertical seals and / or the ZIP application group. The structure is in anodized aluminum or Aisi 304 stainless steel plates and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 304 stainless steel (on request also Aisi 316).

Very versatile and ideal for the production of bags from 200 g. to 2 kg also in modified atmosphere or vacuum.

According on the product to be packaged, it is combined with appropriate dosing systems:

Volumetric dosers with feeding:

screw conveyor for powders difficult to flow
cups for granulates or sliding powders
belt for solid or granular products
pump for liquids and semi-liquids

Mechanical counters for solid products

Multi-head electronic weighers with 10 or 14 heads with weight combination to achieve high precision and speed

Electronic weighers for solid, granular or powdery sliding products with feeding:

with vibrating channels
belt
by gravity
gravity + vibrating channels

It can be equipped with an automatic bundling machine and / or palletizing system in layers or with robots.
