The structure of the machine and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 304 stainless steel and is composed of:

  • Rotary table for feeding empty cans
  • Can feeding belt
  • Star with 12 stations for canning handling
  • Volumetric auger filler for weight roughing
  • Vibration and compaction system produced inside the cans
  • Electronic scale with screw feeder for finishing weight
  • Spiral vibrator for feeding caps
  • Pressure capping unit
  • Rotary table for evacuation of filled cans

]]> RTS-12-PG is an automatic guarantee filling, capping, labeling and sealing system, with heat-shrunk seal, for granular and powdery spices in glass jars from 15 to 35 gr.

The structure of the machinery is completely in anodised aluminum with parts in contact with the product in Aisi 304 stainless steel and is composed of:

12 station rotary filling station, complete with:

  • Rotary table for feeding empty cans
  • Volumetric cup dispenser for granular products
  • Volumetric auger filler for dusty products
  • Vibration and compaction system produced inside the cans.

Rotating capping station with 8 stations, complete with:

  • Spiral vibrator for feeding caps
  • Positioning group and pre-screwing caps
  • Caps screwing unit

Linear labeling station, complete with:

  • Pneumatic hot printer for printing date on the label
