]]> The 4S 500 is a multi-line vertical packaging machine (VFFS multi-line – Vertical Form Fill Seal multi line)  with continuous movement (CFM- Continuous Film Motion) for the production of SACHET type bags.

The structure is in anodized aluminum plates and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 316 stainless steel (according to GMP regulations). The number of lines varies depending on the size of the Sachet and the requested production by the customer.

It is very fast and ideal for the production of SACHET from 1 g. to 100 g. even in a modified atmosphere.

According on the product to be packaged, it is combined with appropriate dosing systems:

Volumetric dosers with feeding:

  • screw conveyor for difficult flow powders
  • with pivoting cups for granulates or sliding powders
  • with drawer for granulates
  • with spool for granulates
  • with pump for liquids and semi-liquids

Mechanical counters for solid products

All these machines can be equipped with pick&place, check weigher and cartooning machine
