The MC0 is a vertical packaging machine (VFFS – Vertical Form Fill Seal) with intermittent electropneumatic movement and on request a servo-motor can be installed in the movement of the horizontal pliers. The structure is made of anodized aluminum or Aisi 304 stainless steel tubes, it can be vertical or inclined at 30 ° or 45 ° for the packaging of fragile products, and the parts in contact with the product, are in Aisi 304 stainless steel (on request also Aisi 316).

Very simple and ideal for the production of bags from 10 g. to 1 kg also in modified atmosphere, partial vacuum or vacuum.

According on the product to be packaged, it is combined with appropriate dosing systems:

Volumetric dosers with feeding:

screw conveyor for difficult flow powders
with pivoting cups for granulates or sliding powders
with belt for solid or granular products
with pump for liquids and semi-liquids

Mechanical counters for solid products

Multi-head electronic weighers with 10 or 14 heads with weight combination to achieve high precision and speed

Electronic weighers for solid, granular or powdery sliding products with feeding:

with vibrating channels
with belt
by gravity
by gravity + vibrating channels

It can be equipped with an automatic bundling machine and / or palletizing system in layers or with robots.
