]]> The MV-C 1200 is a vertical wrapping machine (VFFS – Vertical Form Fill Seal) with continuous movement (CFM- Continuous Film Motion) fully servo-assisted. The structure is in anodised aluminum or painted steel or Aisi 304 stainless steel plates and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 304 stainless steel (on request also Aisi 316).

Very fast and ideal for the production of bags from 7 kg to 25 kg even in a modified atmosphere.

According on the product to be packaged, it is combined with appropriate dosing systems:

Volumetric dosers with feeding:

  • screw conveyor for powders difficult to flow
  • cups for granulates or sliding powders
  • belt for solid or granular products
  • pump for liquids and semi-liquids

Mechanical counters for solid products

Multi-head electronic weighers with 10 or 14 heads with weight combination to achieve high precision and speed

Electronic  weighers for solid, granular or powdery sliding products with feeding:

  • with vibrating channels
  • belt
  • by gravity
  • gravity + vibrating channels

It can be equipped with an automatic bundling machine and / or palletizing system in layers or with robots.
