RTS-12-PG is an automatic guarantee filling, capping, labeling and sealing system, with heat-shrunk seal, for granular and powdery spices in glass jars from 15 to 35 gr.

The structure of the machinery is completely in anodised aluminum with parts in contact with the product in Aisi 304 stainless steel and is composed of:

12 station rotary filling station, complete with:

Multiline packaging machine 4S-500 for Sachet

The 4S 500 is a multi-line vertical packaging machine (VFFS multi-line – Vertical Form Fill Seal multi line) with continuous movement (CFM- Continuous Film Motion) for the production of SACHET type bags.

The structure is in anodized aluminum plates and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 316 stainless steel (according to GMP regulations). The number of lines varies depending on the size of the Sachet and the requested production by the customer.

It is very fast and ideal for the production of SACHET from 1 g. to 100 g. even in a modified atmosphere.

According on the product to be packaged, it is combined with appropriate dosing systems:

Volumetric dosers with feeding:

screw conveyor for difficult flow powders
with pivoting cups for granulates or sliding powders
with drawer for granulates

The MSA 400 is a multi-line vertical packaging machine (VFFS multi-line – Vertical Form Fill Seal multi line) with intermittent movement for the production of Stick-pack type bags. The movement is by servo-motors and all the temperatures are independently adjustable for each single track. The structure is made of anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 316 stainless steel (according to GMP regulations). The number of tracks is adjustable to the size of the Stick and to the production required by the customer.

Very versatile and ideal for the production of bags from 1 g. to 100 g. also in modified atmosphere.

The PR 500 is a fully automatic machine for filling and closing preformed open-mouth bags, both flat and gusseted, in paper, plastic or polypropylene raffia from 5 kg to 50 kg. The structure is in painted steel and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 304 stainless steel (on request also Aisi 316).

The type of closure of the bags can be with sewing or with heat sealing.

To minimize set-up times, format changes can be completely automatic and stored in the HMI.
