Rotating Filling-Capping machine RT-12-PG

RT-12-PG is an automatic filling and capping machine for powders and granules in plastic jars of 250 gr. , 500 gr. and 1000 gr.

The structure of the machine and the parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 304 stainless steel and is composed of:

• Rotary table for feeding empty cans
• Can feeding belt
• Star with 12 stations for canning handling
• Volumetric auger filler for weight roughing
• Vibration and compaction system produced inside the cans
• Electronic scale with screw feeder for finishing weight
• Spiral vibrator for feeding caps
• Pressure capping unit
• Rotary table for evacuation of filled cans
